Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Nick Jonas recently traveled to Mumbai with their daughter Marti Marie Chopra Jonas. During their visit, Priyanka and Nick attended the opening ceremony of the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Center (NMACC). On the red carpet, many excited paparazzi called Nick “Jiju” and “Nikkwa” while the couple posed for the cameras.
In a recent interview, when an interviewer played audio of the paparazzi calling him the same, Nick reacted to it. The interviewer teased Nick and asked him if he could call him “Jiju”, to which Nick replied “Of course”. “A lot of people call me Jiju. Just recently my wife and I were in Mumbai,” he said. My family used to call me Jiju.”
Commenting on ‘Nikuwa’, Nick added, ‘Yes, I heard you. It’s great to be back and I love India. It’s been years since I’ve been to India because of Corona. , which “was a really fun trip, so I’m glad to hear so many nicknames I have now.”
As part of the interview, Nick was asked to choose between two options in rapid succession. He chose samosa over spring rolls and jalebi over gulab jamun. When asked to choose between Priyanka’s films, he preferred Bajirao Mastani to Baywatch.
