Having carved out a niche for himself in Punjabi cinema and also appearing in Tamil and Telugu films, Sonam has stayed away from Hindi films. She recently revealed that she has easy access to filmmaker Karan Johar about the stars’ children, including Sara and Ananya Pandey.

In an interview with Bollywood Bubble, Sonam was asked if there was “something” he wanted to steal from the “young actress”. When the names of Sara Ali Khan and Ananya Panday were called, Sonam replied “Nothing”. But then she said, “They can go to Karan Johar’s house to talk and audition. If they can do all that, yeah…”

In another recent interview, Sonam opened up about Hindi films and revealed that she was disappointed with the behavior Bollywood gave her. She was scheduled to appear in Varun Dhawan’s Street Dancer 3D (2020) in her song Sip Sip 2.0. However, her song was removed from the film.

In an interview with Siddharth Kannan last month, Sonam said: First, he never wanted to do a song. But the team was so well respected. Remo is a senior he is an artist, director and choreographer. Varun Dhawan is loved by everyone. He was in two minds, whether he should sing or not. But they reached out to me, so I decided to move on. ”

Sonam recently appeared on The Entertainers’ US tour alongside actors Akshay Kumar, Disha Pattani, Nora Fatehi, Mouni Roy and others. This year, she is also set to appear in Carry On Her Jatta 3. In the movie, she will be reunited with Zippy Grewal. She is directed by Smeep Kang and also stars Binne Dillon.
