Supriya Pathak has revealed that her late mother, Dina Pathak, who was also a famous actor, told her late in life that her husband, Pankaj Kapoor, would one day leave her. Pankaj was divorced from her first wife, Nerima Azeem, with whom she had a son, actor Shahid Kapoor, before marrying Supriya in 1988. So Dina never believed in the marriage of Supriya and Pankaj. Supriya Didn’t Want Marriage Advice
In an interview with Tweak India portal Twinkle Khanna, Supriya revealed that her mother always suspected Pankaj would leave her. When she asked if Twinkle had accepted her marriage advice from her sister Ratna Pathak Shah, Supriya replied: No, everyone tried, but I didn’t listen to them.
