The new movie Satyaprem Ki Katha, starring Kartik Aryan and Kiara Advani, recently wrapped shooting. The entire film team was present at the final touches.
The movie, a love story, is currently in post-production and is set to hit theaters on June 29.
Karthik, who reunited with Kiara after the blockbuster Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, was joined by producer Sajid Nadiadwala and wife Warda Khan, co-producers Shaleen Mantri Kedia, Kishore Arora and director Samir Vidwanz. attended the closing ceremony with and writer Karan Sharma.
Meanwhile, the “Aaj Ke Baad” song in the teaser received a positive reaction from fans, and the makers decided to release the song before the movie trailer.
The film was produced by NGE and Nama Pictures. Interestingly, Sajid Nadiadwala and Shareen Mantri Kedia, along with directors Kishore Arora and Sameer Vidwanz, won the National Award for their respective films ‘Chichole’ and ‘Anandi Gopal’.
Kartik will soon begin filming his next film with ace director Kabir Khan in May. Speaking about the highly anticipated film at a recent event, the filmmaker revealed: Unlike 83, which was about a living legend we all know, this time it’s about an unknown hero. I was forced to tell this story because as an Indian you will be shocked why we don’t know this person. How did we disappear someone who did so much? That’s the excitement. The film is set to begin filming, presumably in May, and will star Kartik Aryan. Casting for other characters is also in progress. “
