Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan is gearing up for the release of his upcoming ‘Bhawar’, but his ‘powerful’ point of reference was his ‘Jag Jag Jiyo’ co-star Anil Kapoor.
In a conversation with IANS, Varun said of the prerequisites for tackling intense themes: At first it was just getting into the character’s skin. First I just found out how Aju talks and walks, and then everything… Like I said, he was so far away from me that none of me was going to be there. ”
“I knew the character was so far away, but when I first saw the way he spoke and rehearsed with Nitesh, he said the same lines, but the lines were slower, Once you get the rhythm of the way you speak.” …everything became easier. ”
Varun said the scenes in the film where he fights and argues with Yanvi Kapoor’s character were good, but director Nitesh Tiwari would intervene when it gets emotional.
“I really think it’s great to come to a place and say, ‘I did this, I did that,’ but working with very good people makes the job easier. .”
He further added: “I have very strong standards when it comes to my character. Some are funny and affectionate and I like it, and if I say use it, he’ll say you’re doing this like Anil, sir, don’t do this.”
“Bawaal” will be released on Prime Video on July 21st.
