According to multiple reports, Parineeti Chopra and her rumored boyfriend Raghav Chadha are getting engaged this weekend. Some visuals of the reported engagement venue have also surfaced online, further fueling the rumors. The actor and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader are set to get engaged on Saturday at the Kapurthala House in Connaught Place, Delhi. A new video shared by the paparazzi features Kapurthala House. Several staff members were seen carrying plywood and other decorations outside the venue. The post read: “Parineeti and Ragab Chadha ring ceremony venue at Kapurthala House, New Delhi.”
Parineeti and Raghav will attend a traditional ceremony in the capital. The couple will reportedly wear matching outfits on their engagement day. Raghav will appear wearing a minimalist ahakan designed by his maternal uncle, fashion designer Pawan Sahadeva, while Parineeti will opt for a delicate Indian outfit by Manish Malhotra.
Sources have previously confirmed that Priyanka Chopra will arrive in Delhi on the morning of May 13. Parineeti is Priyanka’s cousin. “It will be a short journey for Priyanka. She has put her work aside just to attend the occasion and be there for her sister. She arrived in Delhi on the morning of the 13th. Her husband Nick Jonas is not planning to accompany them and it remains to be seen if they will bring their daughter Marti along as a surprise to the family,” a source told the Hindustan Times.
Parineeti is now in Delhi with her family and is awaiting engagement date arrangements. “They aren’t trying to keep their engagement a secret, but they definitely want it to be intimate with only family and close friends attending.
