July 18 marks the 15th anniversary of the release of Christopher Nolan’s seminal Batman movie The Dark Knight. To mark the occasion, a Twitter fan account posted an artificial intelligence-generated image of Pakistani actor Fawad Khan dressed as a cloaked crusader. Twitter handle @Indusland_ posted an AI-generated image of Fawad Khan as Batman aka Bruce Wayne. The actor is seen wearing a black three-piece suit with his hands in his pockets. He is standing next to a vintage black car. There seems to be a crime scene in the background.

One user commented on the image, “This guy wears the worst clothes ever and still looks 10 out of 10…a class above the rest!” Another noted that the Hollywood actor played a cloaked crusader in Matt Reeves’ Batman last year, writing, “He could be better than Robert Pattinson.”
Another user wrote, “Sign the petition to make it happen.” Another fan commented, “I’m going to leave the theater on a stretcher. Thank you. ‘Since when did Batman start wearing Italian suits?’ Who is the Joker?” he wrote.
What is Fawad Khan doing?
Last year, Fawad starred in the coming-of-age superhero series “Ms. Marvel,” starring Imaan Verrani as the title character. Fawad played a man from the times of division. Farhan Akhtar also starred in a prominent role in the series, and Brie Larson as Captain Marvel made a cameo appearance.
Fawad also starred in the box office hit The Legend of Maura Jatto in Pakistan, playing the title role. She Fawad made her Bollywood debut in 2014, co-starring Sonam Kapoor in the Shashanka Ghosh-directed romantic comedy Khoobsurat. She then appeared in family drama Kapoor & Sons directed by Shakun Batra in 2016 and romantic drama E Dil Hai Mushkir directed by Karan Johar in the same year. The film, which also starred Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma and Aishwarya Rai, was released shortly after the Uri attacks in 2016 and the Pakistani actor was banned from working in India.
