Karan Johar wrote a long letter on Saturday to Shanaya Kapoor, who is making her film debut in Mohanlal’s ‘Vurshaba’. She Shanaya is the daughter of Sanjay Kapoor and Mahip Kapoor. Karan Johar, who had originally planned to debut Shanaya in the film Bedhadak, cited allegations that Shanaya put a lot of effort into her debut film because of her industry’s nepotism. Actor Mohanlal will appear in Vrushaba alongside Shanaya. Salma Agha’s daughters Zarah S. Khan and Roshan Mehka also appear in the film. The film is directed by Nanda Kishore. Shanaya would enter the southern film scene with Vrushaba, but she would make her Bollywood debut in Karan Djohar’s Bedadak, starring Raksha and Gulfate Pirzada in the lead roles.
